1. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateways.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

  • Standard delivery fee: R70.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened. However, we will happily assist in the following cases:

 

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue is verified.

4. Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our side.

5. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Special bulk pricing is available for car washes, dealerships, and resellers.
